All Access OneDays are streamlined, relationship-focused gatherings designed for Pastors and Ministry Leaders in Nursery & Kids, Worship, Associates, Creative & Experience, and Senior Pastors. Taking the place of our previous three-day Empower conference, OneDays provide the same impactful connections without the traditional conference structure.

Held at our Bethany Main Offices and South Baton Rouge Campus, the day begins with breakfast, ministry-specific breakouts, lunch, and more focused discussions. No large sessions, no overnight stay—just intentional time to grow and connect.
