All Access OneDays

All Access OneDays are streamlined, relationship-focused gatherings designed for Pastors and Ministry Leaders in Nursery & Kids, Worship, Associates, and Creative & Experience. Taking the place of our previous three-day Empower conference, OneDays provide the same impactful connections without the traditional conference structure.

This fall, choose from two identical OneDays—September 17 or October 1—both held at our Bethany Main Offices and South Baton Rouge Campus. The day begins with our Bethany Staff Chapel, followed by ministry-specific breakouts, lunch, and more focused discussions. No large sessions, no overnight stay—just intentional time to grow and connect.
