Welcome to All Access!

All Access is a pastoral leadership network birthed out of Bethany Church in Baton Rouge, LA. The network serves over 150 churches across North and South America and is led by a team of pastors and leaders at Bethany Church.

The heart and vision behind All Access is to strengthen the local church by empowering and refreshing pastors and leaders. In order to do this, we prioritize relationships, coaching, and resources. A phrase you will often hear from us is, “Don’t do ministry alone.” We believe there is strength in numbers and invite you to join us in furthering the Kingdom of God together!

Is All Access for Me?

By joining the All Access network, you gain free access to numerous Bethany resources, coaching or one-on-one consultations with Bethany pastors and leaders, and close-knit connections with other pastors and leaders within the network.

During our annual Empower event, you will have the opportunity to connect with those within the network, break out into ministry-specific lab sessions, receive ministry and hear from dynamic pastors at Bethany and around the globe.
